Like I said, February gave a fair share of love filled ads! It is the kind of ads that you think about when you are on your own! Moov has always been on the emotional side, making you feel that backache could be such a party popper! And let's face it, before Moov, we hardly had any non-greasy pain balm to apply and kill the pain! The words Statue and Moov, used through the commercial would certainly bring memories to many of us! :-)
The "Statue" commercial is so love laced and perfect! In 38 seconds you see romance, playfulness,pain,relief and drama! The market leader has certainly not moved away from the positioning which is rock strong! And the tagline which has become so very familar "Aah se Aha tak" is still not Mooved! Smart move from Moov.
February- The month of Love began with a lot of love filled commercials! But this one that combined success and love in right proportions really struck a chord. A classy ad with right amount of emotions thrown in to it, shows how some things remain the same even when success strikes. And the clever use of lines "What makes you exceptional, Success or the way you handle it?" gives it the right lift. And when the girl thinks "All men are alike", you heart says a million yeses!!! But all is well and there is the Awww moment when he says the word "You"!!!
This ad so well captures the target of Honda City. The young achievers! Dentsu Marcom has suddenly woken up- looks like!When the recent sedan ads have been crammed with shots from different angles and abbreviations that have to be unscrambled, City is suddenly talking the right language!
